MS or equivalent in Computer, MIS, Business, Finance or Engineering discipline and 1 year of progressive exp. |
| ESP-5 | Systems Analyst/S/W Engineer; Design, Development, Analysis, Integration, Testing and Documentation of information systems for Business and Finance, using Java/J2EE, .net/C#, Cobol, JCL, Oracle, SQL, Cognos, Rational Clear Case, MS Office, Crystal Reports, Oracle, ERWin Data modeling tool, SQL Server, SQL Queries, SQL Scripts, and DTS; Database Administration, Network Administration etc., Will accept BS or equivalent in those fields and 5yrs of progressive exp. |
| HRA-1 |
Human Resources Analyst: Plans and conducts recruitments, writes job announcements, brochures, advertisements, and correspondence; reviews and evaluates employment applications. Advise managers and employees on state and federal employment regulations, collective agreements, benefit and compensation policies, personal procedures and classification programs. Plan, develop, evaluate, improve, and communicate methods and techniques for selecting, promoting, compensating, evaluating, and training workers. Prepare reports, such as organization and flow charts, and career path reports, to summarize job analysis and evaluation and compensation analysis information. Gathers and analyzes salary data and makes salary recommendations for new or revised classifications; conducts special studies relating to a variety of human resource management activities. Confers with management staff on human resource practices and problems and makes recommendations or develops solutions; develops and conducts training on human resource-related topics. Assist in preparing and maintaining personnel records and handbooks.
Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources and Marketing.
Minimum 1 year experience.
